Our Founder
Noel Roach
As the founder of Infinity Wealth Partners, Noel brings over 25 years of wealth management experience to the forefront. Since establishing the firm, his mission has been to simplify the financial journey for his clients. With a knack for crafting clear, flexible plans that adapt seamlessly to life’s twists and turns, Noel ensures they always align with his clients’ evolving needs.
Beyond his role as founder, Noel wears many hats. Alongside his wife, Tracy, he celebrates 26 years of marriage and proudly parents three sons: Dylan, Gage, and AJ. When he’s not leading the charge at Infinity Wealth Partners, you’ll find Noel on the sidelines cheering on his boys in their various sports activities.
A graduate of Emporia State University, Noel holds a Bachelor of Science degree and maintains close ties to his alma mater. Serving on the board of trustees and lending his expertise to the finance committee, Noel remains dedicated to giving back to his educational roots. In his downtime, he enjoys exploring new destinations, hitting the links, and hunting.

Meet Our Leadership Team
Noel Roach
Founder & Wealth Advisor
Doug DeFrain, CPA
Doug has over 30 years of tax and accounting experience. He started at Arthur Andersen LLP (AA) in the tax department, with the primary focus on medium to large companies, trusts and international taxation. He continued his career at Grant Thornton LLP (GT) where he graduated from their international tax school and worked on mergers and acquisitions. In 2010 Doug started his own firm, now an extension of Infinity Wealth Partners.
Outside of being a numbers guru, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, Kyle, four kids and four grandchildren. He also loves the outdoors including golf, camping and fishing.

Jennie Sigler
Jennie brings over 20 years operational experience across multiple industries including financial services, CPG, restaurant, and retail. Her passion is to provide a superior client experience, driven by stellar teams and efficient operational processes. Jennie’s gears are always turning as she looks for creative solutions and innovative ideas to advance client and employee relationships.
As a previous equestrian, she enjoys supporting Heartland Therapeutic Riding. In her spare time, you can find her with her husband and two girls on the soccer field, basketball court, pickleball court or track.
